As President and Founder, Anita is responsible for large key customers and ICON’s business and services strategy. She also heads up the operational aspect including Finance and Corporate Marketing.
Anita has over 15 years of entrepreneurial and executive experience. In her initial professional years she served as Sales and Marketing executive for a global manufacturing enterprise, gaining valuable experience in global business environment and practices. She started an export and import business in early 90′s. Later she acquired another degree in Information Technology and held various position in IT industry. But her passion for sales and marketing compelled her to initiate her own enterprise and thus was born ICON Technologies, Inc In addition, Anita has provided consulting services to the clients in the areas of Process Management and Quality Assurance.
Anita has an Bachelor and Master’s degree in Economics and International Business. She also holds a Master’s degree in Computer Information System.
Kevin Kumar – Principal & CEO
Kevin has more than 25 years of consulting experience involving a diverse set of technologies and solutions in variety of industries. He is responsible for business development, partnerships and client relationships. In his role he provide a single point of executive contact for all customer related matters.
Prior to joining ICON, Kevin has served as vice president of technology at a industry based B2B exchange. During his tenure, Kevin managed application development, technology delivery and business development functions. His other experience includes work for IBM Global Services where Kevin implemented eProcurement and Internet fulfillment for a large multinational computer and peripheral manufacturer. Kevin has also worked with premier consulting organizations such as Deloitte & Touche, Cap Gemini E&Y and Syntel delivering ERP, Database and client server solutions.
Kevin holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Emory University and holds both a Bachelor and Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Industrial Engineering, respectively
Nilesh is responsible for the client delivery and project management activities for ICON clients and software development efforts. Nilesh developed a Solutions-oriented methodology for managing multiple projects, collaborating with project teams, interfacing with clients, and applying technology to create successful solutions with an astoundingsuccess in delivering solutions with in the forecasted time and resources.
Prior to joining ICON, Nilesh has worked as a lead business analysis manager, and program director for a leading application and software development company. His previous experience includes working with major communications and entertainment companies such as Cox Communications, AT&T and T-Mobile.
Nilesh holds a bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications Information Technology, and various project and program management certifications from top professional institutions in United States.
